1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Commandra (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and VoroTech LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Service
Commandra is a software platform designed for home service contractors. It provides tools for lead management, estimating, sales training, AI agents, analytics, scheduling, website building, and related business operations. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Commandra require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement with us. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. We may change subscription fees upon notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Commandra. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Commandra and all related materials, trademarks, logos, and code are owned by VoroTech LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited license to use the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoroTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted at https://getcommandra.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
